OUR THEORY OF CHANGE.
Our primary theory of change is base-building. Over the past five years, we have worked on operationalizing our goal of ending incarceration of women and girls. In the U.S., on any given day, there are approximately 250,000 women in jails or prisons on average. We know we can end incarceration of women and girls. To get us there, we have created a base-building theory of change, including hyper-local organizing, political education, and our national FreeHer campaign
