Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines

Pursuant to Rule 3.2 of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the United States Sentencing Commission, a public hearing was scheduled.

The purpose of the public hearing was for the Commission to receive testimony from invited expert witnesses on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines relating to supervised release and drug offenses.
